ARTICULO 17 . Transitorio. De las funciones del personal . Las funciones establecidas en el presente Decreto se aplicarán siempre y cuando la persona que ocupa el cargo actualmente realice dichas funciones. En los casos contrarios, el funcionario continuará realizando las funciones asignadas por el Jefe de Misión y percibiendo las asignaciones correspondientes al cargo ocupado, hasta que se retire del servicio o ingrese un nuevo funcionario.
