Los empleados públicos de la planta de personal del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho que prestan sus servicios en la "Escuela Judicial Rodrigo Lara Bonilla" serán incorporados a la planta de personal del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, sin que implique desmejoramiento de sus condiciones laborales, prestacionales y de los derechos inherentes sobre carrera administrativa.
