Para importar drogas, por una sola vez, con indicaciones terapéuticas, que no se produzcan actualmente en el territorio nacional, y para acogerse a los beneficios señalados en el artículo tercero del Decreto número 0040 de 1957, se requiere obtener previamente concepto favorable del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
