Art. 26. Las cuentas generales de los Departamentos examinadas y fenecidas por las Oficinas de cuentas locales que establezcan las respectivas Asambleas, y los gastos que demanden dichas Oficinas en personal y material, serán de cargo del Departamento.

Los Tesoreros y Administradores generales de los Departamentos remitirán mensualmente á la Oficina general de Cuentas de la República copia del Diario y un ejemplar del Balance de su cuenta.
