Elévanse a la suma de diez mil pesos las cuantías de que trata el artículo 519 del Código Judicial sobre procedencia del recurso extraordinario de casación contra las sentencias dictadas en segunda instancia por los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial. Lo dispuesto en este artículo no se aplicará a los juicios que actualmente estén en curso y en los cuales ya se haya dictado sentencia de segunda instancia.
