Quienes tengan asociación profesional o comunidad de oficina con miembros de la Junta Directiva o con el Gerente del respectivo Fondo, o sean sus consocios, excepto en sociedades anónimas, están asimismo inhabilitados para celebrar los actos y contratos prohibidos a aquellos. Para los funcionarios expresados y los demás de los Fondos Rotatorios, regirán las demás incompatibilidades consagradas en la Ley en cuanto no sean contrarias a los aquí establecidas.
