º ENTIDADES EJECUTORAS . Los programas del PPJMF será ejecutado por el Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social por las entidades que componen el sistema nacional de cofinanciación por las demás entidades territoriales en cuyos presupuestos se asignen recursos para el cumplimiento de programas del PJMF y por todas aquellas entidades públicas o privadas de carácter Nacional o Internacional que vayan a ejecutar o estén ejecutando proyectos que se enmarquen dentro de los objetivos de PJMF.
