Intereses moratorios. Los operadores que no paguen oportunamente las contraprestaciones dispuestas en los numerales 2 y 3 del artículo 2.2. 8.4.4. deberán liquidar y pagar intereses moratorias por cada día calendario de retardo en el pago, a la tasa establecida en el artículo 635 del Estatuto Tributario.

Artículo 2.2.8.4.9. Intereses moratorios. Los operadores que no paguen oportunamente las contraprestaciones periódicas dispuestas en el numeral 2 del artículo 2.2.8.4.4. deberán liquidar y pagar intereses moratorios por cada día calendario de retardo en el pago, a la tasa establecida en el artículo 635 del Estatuto Tributario.
