Admisión del recurso. Repartido el expediente en la Corte, dentro de los cinco días siguientes la Sala admitirá el recurso, si fuere procedente, y ordenará el traslado por quince días o cada uno de los recurrentes, si fueren varios, para que dentro de dicho término presenten sus respectivas demandas de casación. Cuando no se admita el recurso o ninguno de Ios recurrentes presente demanda o no hubiere sido presentada en tiempo, se declarará desierto el recurso y se ordenará la devolución del expediente al Tribunal de origen.
