El Gobierno procederá, a más tardar, dentro del término de un año, a construir un edificio para el funcionamiento de las oficinas nacionales, en la ciudad de Armenia, Departamento de Caldas, aprovechando el lote de terreno que para tal fin cedió a la Nación el concejo de la ciudad mencionada.
