Régimen de infracciones y sanciones . Las entidades públicas nacionales o territoriales que hayan sido habilitadas como gestores catastrales o quienes actúen como operadores catastrales serán sujetos del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el artículo 81 y 82 de la Ley 1955 de 2019. En consecuencia, las resoluciones de habilitación deberán ser comunicadas a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro para el ejercicio de sus funciones de inspección vigilancia y control.
