El empleador que incurra en desafiliación por el no pago de aportes o por el fraude en éstos, no será aceptado por otra Caja de Compensación Familiar hasta tanto no satisfaga las sumas debidas o reintegre los valores cobrados fraudulentamente a su última Caja de Compensación de afiliación, sin perjuicio de las sanciones previstas por la ley.
