Las sociedades que se organicen con arreglo a la presente Ley, cuyos estatutos sean aprobados por el .Poder Ejecutivo, serán personas jurídicas, capaces de ejercer derechos y contraer obligaciones y de ser representadas judicial y extrajudicialmente.
