De acuerdo con los numerales 17 y 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para planificar y desarrollar las siguientes obras de utilidad pública y de interés social en el Municipio de Silvania, así:

a)

Construcción de un hospital.

b)

Construcción de un acueducto regional.

c)

Pavimentación de todas sus calles.

d)

Construcción de la Carretera Panamá Alto San José - Tibacuy.

e)

Construcción de un salón cultural.

f)

Construcción del puente del Matadero Municipal, y g) Construcción y dotación de una Biblioteca Popular.
