La solicitud de permiso para el ingreso de una aeronave extranjera al país, deberá expresar los siguiente: nacionalidad, matricula, clase y tipo de la aeronave y si tiene radio a bordo; nombre y nacionalidad del propietario o explotador de la aeronave; nombre y nacionalidad del piloto y de los demás miembros de la tripulación y si trae pasajeros; objeto del vuelo, tiempo que proyecta permanecer en Colombia; fecha que tendrá lugar el vuelo, y determinación tanto del lugar de partida inmediatamente anterior al ingreso de la aeronave a Colombia, como del aeródromo de llegada.
