La revisión por las Aduanas nacionales de las mercancías destinadas a la exportación será obligatoria únicamente en los casos y respecto de los productos que determine la Dirección General de Aduanas, y tendrá lugar, a solicitud del exportador, en las fábricas o lugares de despacho, sin recargo alguno.
