Forma de las notificaciones. Las notificaciones al procesado privado de libertad se hayan personalmente en cualquier etapa del proceso. En la misma forma se procederá para la notificación de las providencias al defensor del inimputable, cuando este estuviere privado de libertad. En la etapa de juzgamiento, las notificaciones a las partes se harán personalmente si concurrieren al despacho de la secretaría.
