Orden de ejecución de las sentencias. Si contra una misma persona se hubieren dictado varias sentencias en diferentes procesos, se ejecutaran en el orden en que se hayan proferido. El tiempo durante el cual hubiere permanecido privada de libertad por cualquiera de ellos, se tendrá como parte cumplida de la pena impuesta en la sentencia condenatoria que primero se ejecute. Si se tratare de inimputables, el tiempo que hubiere permanecido bajo la debida medida de aseguramiento, se computará, conforme al artículo 102 del Código Penal.
