Los Gobernadores de los Departamento, los Intendentes, Comisarios y Alcaldes, prestarán a lo empleados encargados de la recaudación y fiscalización de los impuestos de papel sellado y timbre nacional, todas las garantías y el apoyo que necesitaren en el desempeño de sus funciones. El incumplimiento de esta obligación dará origen a multas de $ 2.00.00 a $ 1.000.00, impuestas por el respectivo superior jerárquico.
