Artículo sexto. El Comité Femenino Antituberculoso someterá a la consideración del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, para la aprobación del Gobierno, los estatutos y reglamentos que deban regir su propio funcionamiento, en los cuales se determinará lo necesario para la creación de Comités Departamentales, Intendenciales y Municipales que aseguren la eficacia de las labores del Comité en toda la Nación.
