° El artículo 4° del Decreto 433 del 5 de marzo de 1993, quedará así: ''Las condiciones financieras de la refinanciación serán las siguientes: - Plazo máximo hasta cinco (5) años. - Período de gracia a capital máximo, hasta dos (2) años. - Tasa de interés, será la del crédito original. La primera cuota de intereses se podrá pactar mediante la modalidad de año vencido.

Parágrafo

Las refinanciaciones se realizarán caso por caso y tanto el plazo máximo como el período de gracia a capital se ajustarán a la capacidad de pago del beneficiario.
