Para la realización de las obras indicadas en los artículos anteriores, apropiase la partida de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000) que debe considerarse incluida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que deje de incluirse como el Gobierno abrirá el crédito respectivo sin más formalidades y dará cumplimiento a la presente ley.
