Supresión de Empleos. La Junta Directiva, dentro del término establecido para adoptar la nueva Planta de Personal, suprimirá los empleos o cargos desempeñados por empleados públicos que no fueren necesarios, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, de acuerdo con el Programa de Supresión de Empleos que para tal efecto ésta establezca.
