º. Contraprestación por el uso del espectro radioeléctrico en condiciones especiales. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones establecerá, en un término no mayor a 60 días a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, las condiciones para la aplicación del régimen excepcional de contraprestaciones en condiciones especiales previsto en el Decreto 2041 de 1998.
