°. Modifícase el artículo 4° del Decreto 1980 de 2003, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 4°. Importación de combustibles . El trámite para la importación de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo de que trata este decreto se sujetará a las disposiciones del Decreto 2685 de 1999, salvo lo relacionado en el Capítulo II, Título V, artículo 90 y siguientes. La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN, habilitará, mediante resolución motivada, los sitios para el ingreso de los referidos combustibles”.
