Las empresas nacionales de aviación civil pagarán mensualmente sus aportes a la Caja de Auxilios y Prestaciones de ACDAC sobre las liquidaciones que está presente debidamente aprobadas por el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil. Así mismo las compañías de navegación civil harán los descuentos que los estatutos de la caja o los convenios con sus socios señalen, sobre los sueldos de los pilotos a su servicio, y los cuales serán entregados a la caja por mensualidades vencidas.
