Sanciones por injustificada desaparición . Si el Oficial o Suboficial apareciere en cualquier tiempo y no justificare su desaparición, tanto él como quienes hubieren recibido los sueldos o las prestaciones por muerte si fuere el caso, tendrán la obligación solidaria de reintegrar, al Tesoro Público las sumas correspondientes sin perjuicio de la acción penal a que hubiere lugar.
