Artículo veinticinco. Las instituciones que hayan sido autorizadas para dictar los cursos de actualización presentarán al Centro Experimental Piloto respectivo al finalizar los mismos, un informe con los siguientes aspectos

Una relación de los docentes que realizaron el curso la cual incluye: grado en el escalafón, título docente, nombre y ubicación del plantel y nivel del sistema educativo en el cual presta sus servicios.

Un cuadro completo de calificaciones y del control de asistencia.

Un informe de la auto-evaluación del curso.
