Salvo lo que en materia de decisión y quórum dispongan las leyes, decretos y reglamentos para casos especiales, la Asamblea General de Propietarios deliberará con un número plural de personas que represente por lo menos el 51% del total de los porcentajes de participación, o coeficientes de copropiedad, en su caso. Las decisiones se adoptarán por la mayoría de los votos de los asistentes.
