Las obligaciones en favor del Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario -Finagro-, derivadas de las operaciones de redescuento que efectúen las entidades a que se refiere el artículo anterior, gozarán del derecho a ser cubiertas con sumas o bienes excluidos de la masa de liquidación de estas entidades.
