º. Los trabajadores beneficiarios del régimen de subsidio a que se refiere la Ley 21 de 1992, darán derecho al susidio familiar en dinero, especie y servicios, a las personas a su cargo, que cursen estudios en las instituciones de educación no formal oficiales y privadas, legalmente reconocidas por el Estado, previo el lleno de los requisitos que establece el artículo 18 de la citada ley.
