FUNCIONES. Las funciones del revisor fiscal serán señaladas en los estatutos y reglamentos y se determinarán teniendo en cuenta las atribuciones asignadas a los contadores públicos en las normas que regulen el ejercicio de la profesión. Ningún contador público podrá desempeñar el cargo de revisor fiscal en la asociación de la cual sea miembro.
