Los individuos a quienes se adjudiquen las cantidades, deberán entregar los vales de manumision que hayan ofrecido, en el mismo acto de aceptar la oferta respectiva, i entonces se dará la orden por el Gobernador para que se les entregue el dinero, que debe estar depositado en la Tesorería jeneral o en la administración de correos.
