° Los Médicos Legistas de la Oficina Central de Bogotá, tendrán en adelante entre sus funciones oficiales, las de intervenir, previo nombramiento del Ministerio Público, o de los Jueces de Circuito, en los reconocimientos de dementes que deben llevarse a cabo en los juicios de que trata el artículo anterior, y rendir oportunamente los correspondientes dictámenes.
