º Corresponde a la Empresa Colombiana de Recursos para la Salud S.A., ECOSALUD S.A. en relación con la administración del monopolio rentístico constituido por la ley 10 de 1990

Fijar la política general de explotación de Juegos de suerte y azar de que trata la ley 10 de 1.990;

Celebrar contratos con personas naturales o jurídicas para que exploten alguna modalidad de juego o apuesta de suerte y azar u otorgar a las mismas permiso para su explotación;

Regular su operación.
