Órganos de Asesoría y Coordinación. La Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios contará con el Comité Institucional de Gestión y Desempeño, el Comité Institucional de Coordinación de Sistema de Control Interno, el Comité de Seguridad de Gas Licuado de Petróleo - GLP Y la Comisión de Personal, los cuales cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes. En el caso concreto del Comité de Seguridad de Gas Licuado de Petróleo - GLP, este se desarrollará en observancia de lo contemplado en el artículo 24 de la Ley 689 de 2001.
