Prospecto . La Sociedad Administradora del fondo bursátil deberá implementar la figura del prospecto, en los términos previstos en el artículo 3.1.1.9.7 del presente decreto. Cuando la distribución del fondo sea efectuada por una sociedad diferente a la administradora, será esta la responsable de cumplir con lo establecido en el inciso primero de dicho artículo.
