La Junta Central pro barco-escuela Bogotá queda facultada para gestionar la formación de juntas en todas las ciudades y poblaciones del país, con el objeto de que le hagan propaganda al patriótico fin que se persigue y propendan por todos los medios a su alcance, a conseguir la mayor cantidad de donativos destinados para la compra del barco-escuela.
