Los deudores hipotecarios, pueden reembolsar en dinero el todo o una parte del capital no amortizado de en deuda. En este caso, para quedar definitivamente libres de toda obligación para con el Banco por el capital o parte del capital reembolsado, deberán pagar el interés correspondiente a un trimestre sobre la suma de capital que reembolsen.
