ARTICULO 3.2.1.0.4 .- REQUISITOS PARA LA INSCRIPCION. De acuerdo con el artículo 1350 del código de comercio, para hacer la Inscripción de que trata el artículo anterior, la sociedad deberá demostrar que sus socios, gestores y administradores son personas idóneas, de conformidad con la ley y el reglamento que dicte la Superintendencia Bancaria y declarar, bajo juramento, que ni la sociedad, ni los socios Incurren en las causales de Inhabilidad o Incompatibilidad previstas por los literales a) a d) del artículo 3.2.2.3.1. del presente estatuto.
