Articulo 36. En las demandas que se ventilen ante la jurisdicción Contencioso administrativa que interesen a la caja, la admisión de las Mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al gerente, quien en dicho acto Podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los agentes del Ministerio Público.
