El Ministro De Agricultura Y Comercio Tendrá Derecho A Asistir A Todas Las Reuniones De La Cámara De Comercio, Y De Tomar Parte En Las Deliberaciones, Con Derecho A Votar

° El Ministro de Agricultura y Comercio tendrá derecho a asistir a todas las reuniones de la Cámara de Comercio, y de tomar parte en las deliberaciones, con derecho a votar.

Parágrafo

Cuando tuviere especial interés en hacer oír sus opiniones, y no pudiere concurrir personalmente podrá hacerse representar por alguno de los altos empleados del Ministerio, que él designe en comunicación dirigida a la Cámara, en cada caso particular.
