Priorización de obras, bienes y servicios . De conformidad con el plan de necesidades remitido por el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec) para la elaboración del anteproyecto de presupuesto de la siguiente vigencia fiscal, la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (Uspec) formulará los proyectos respectivos y definirá el alcance de la intervención, de acuerdo con el presupuesto asignado y aprobado a la entidad.
