al artículo 261 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Los envíos que lleguen al territorio aduanero nacional por la red oficial de correo y los envíos urgentes que ingresen al país bajo la modalidad de tráfico postal y envíos urgentes, cuyo valor FOB sea igual o inferior a doscientos dólares de los Estados Unidos de América (USD $200) sin incluir los gastos de entrega, no estarán sujetos al pago del gravamen arancelario correspondiente a la subpartida arancelaria específica de la mercancía o a las subpartidas arancelarias 98.07.10.00.00 o 98.07.20.00.00 del arancel de aduanas”.
