Modificar los numerales 6 y 9 del artículo 25 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, los cuales quedarán así: "6. Registrar la información señalada por la regulación del Sistema de Información de Combustibles Líquidos Derivados del Petróleo, Sicom, expedida por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía". "9. Abastecerse de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo solamente de los agentes debidamente autorizados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los
