Las sesiones de la Asamblea General de Accionistas pueden ser ordinarias o extraordinarias. Las primeras se efectuarán en el curso del mes de marzo de cada año, en la fecha., hora y lugar indicados en la convocatoria. Las segundas se efectuarán en virtud de convocatoria que hiciere la Junta Directiva, el Gerente General o el Revisor Fiscal.
