En treinta y uno de diciembre de cada año se cerrarán las cuentas y procederá a verificar el inventario y el balance general. Las utilidades líquidas de cada ejercicio, hechas las deducciones que con destino a la reserva legal u otras reservas que acuerde o decrete la Junta General de socios, se distribuirán en proporción a sus aportes de capital entre los socios.
