Régimen de personal. Las personas que se vinculen a la planta de personal de la Corporación, tendrán el carácter de servidores públicos por regla general, pero por excepción, la Junta Directiva podrá, conforme a las normas legales vigentes, determinar, qué empleos tendrán la condición de trabajadores oficiales, especialmente con la construcción y mantenimiento de obras públicas.
