Filiales. Las Asociaciones Nacionales, Recreativas y Juveniles, deberán tener filiales por lo menos en tres ciudades de diferentes Departamentos. Para los efectos de este artículo, el Distrito Capital de Bogotá se asimilará a uno de estos entes territoriales.
