Exigencia de la tarjeta del registro. Las empresas de transporte y las autoridades de tránsito y transporte no podrán exigir a los propietarios y/o conductores de los vehículos de transporte de carga el porte o presentación de la tarjeta de registro nacional de transporte de carga.
